      25% staff discount across all Mango stores, great staff, free uniform, usually easy to get extra hours if you're looking for them, shared group commission.

      Regularly understaffed, can't pick your own uniform, overtime pay paid a month in arrears

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
