      Nice team, excellent clothes, good salary...i only find good reasons to work in Mango and we learn things everyday!

      Cons

      Some negative points are the fact of never having weekends...when all our friends have normal jobs, when they are free, i am never available

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
