      Pros

      25% staff discount is a great employee perk. Staff pension is included in your package if you choose to take one out.

      Cons

      Sales periods are very hard in Mango as all stock from the past season goes into the sale, however great for the customer!

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
