      Pros

      Mandrill Tech having a very good culture - it's just like working as a big family over here. Unlike other company that I worked before, Mandrill Tech doesn't have politic, and they practice good culture from high to low level - didn't feel any traditional "boss to employee" type of order. Open mindset that will listen to every employee.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company, you have to keep yourself improving and adapt on all the new technology changes.

      Great team, great project, manager level always try to follow up our next goal and skill improvement
