Really great people. Both in Liverpool and London. Flat, inclusive approach allows people at all levels to have influence on how the business operates. Lots of really talented and inspiring people in the team. Ian, Mando's CEO, is one of the most inspiring and approachable CEO's I've ever worked with and gives great opportunity for people to grow. They have a real focus on innovation which is so important in digital and will keep the business moving up. Great training and development opportunities for everyone within the business.
Cons
Equipment and internal systems make working challenging. They are undergoing a process of looking at new digital workplace but would be great to see this happen asap. Heavy windows laptops make travelling harder than it should be. Some people within the business don't have an agency mentality which can be a challenge when pushing for deadlines and quality. This results in a frustrating lack of accountability. Management sometimes struggles with following through on changes/initiatives they discuss. Culture in Liverpool and London is very different
