Great direction, always changing, and tremendous industry opportunity. Great people and challenges. The business is very transparent and works to build employee morale and engagement.

A lot of changes in a short number of years can be difficult. Some folks shy away from the high level of change, others yurn for the excitement. The leadership has become very mature and removed most issues, however, there are still some engineering leaders that strive to divide the business into their own private siloes.
