Pros
The benefits. The health insurance is fine and sick days and vacation are very good. Very easy to use personal time.
Cons
Management are the worst group of people I've ever encountered in more than 40 yrs of my working life. Dishonest and totally unethical. They have no respect at all for regular employees. Co-workers learn quickly that they need to get in good with supervisors in order to be treated well. So you have a small group of favorites and then everybody else. Complaints are met with anger and never resolved. Employee moral is the lowest I've ever seen. Management knows this and does not care.
