Pros

Nice co-workers Work from home. Some clients could maybe be fun to work with.

Cons

Spent a month on-boarding me only to then lay me off without warning before starting proper work. So, it's hard for me to say if they are good or not. I was mostly left in the dark and then swiftly told to leave without giving a concrete reason why. Super low pay. Not much transparent communication despite all the numerous meetings they had. Definitely we are a "family" type company too... The training itself was okay, good trainer, but far too long and lacking in explanations of what you actually do in the job. Some upper staff could routinely made quick rude comments here and there too.

Pros

At this time the only pros is that it is a remote company

Cons

Managing Matters was a great company until Association Headquarters acquired it. MM now follows the American way of things so no time off between Christmas and New Years, there is no hour lunch it is now 30 min, There have been lay offs and now everyone is fearful that they are next so the company moral is very low. The reporting structure has changed drastically so there is no small personal company feel anymore and everyone is being over worked.
