Pros

Staff got the week off between Christmas and New Years, not sure if this is still the case.

Cons

Toxic environment created by the President that was bad before the pandemic, and the pandemic made it much worse. The salaries are below a living wage and the benefits are barely worth having. Staff are treated poorly and turnover is high. Staff are piled with work until they are forced to quit. Senior management does not know what day to day work is like, and incredibly unhelpful when problems or issues are brought up. Worst place I've ever worked.

Pros

At this time the only pros is that it is a remote company

Cons

Managing Matters was a great company until Association Headquarters acquired it. MM now follows the American way of things so no time off between Christmas and New Years, there is no hour lunch it is now 30 min, There have been lay offs and now everyone is fearful that they are next so the company moral is very low. The reporting structure has changed drastically so there is no small personal company feel anymore and everyone is being over worked.
