MSLLC has been historically dependent on Federally funded programs for a high percentage of their volume. That market is in a tightening phase of the cycle that is not projected to improve over the next couple of years. They are still getting established in other areas and assignments have been shorter term and less stable. If the client/ assignment loses funding, the employment is likely over, too, with little or no notice. Employee head count drives volume and profitability. Client reorganization can drastically affect those metrics if staff needs are reduced.
