      Opportunity to work with Individuals from diverse backgrounds/geographies

      Cons

      Unnecessarily long work hours. Poor Company culture. I do not feel like I am part of a team rather a "you do this or there will be consequences approach". There is a bit of a language barrier if you do not speak fluent spanish.

      Can be really bad if you have bad project and pushy clients. And the client is above everything else
