HR runs the ship and will run it into dry land. Upper management is clueless and doesnt fully understand what their job titles include. HR is seen as the end all be all, and are some of the most vile, evil and classless humans ever in their positions. Unfair scheduling and poor training create a hectic work schedule. Terrible ability to move up into the company ranks. Unless you are a young attractive woman to most client managers, and work outside the company, you wont see any advancement or any opportunity to move up internally.
