Pros

For junior/ midlevel ppl who have the ability to interact with partners, great exposure and networking opportunities with recruiters/ reps from great companies. Possible to network with alums, can offer good opportunities. There are always lots of projects so a junior person could take on leadership roles. Some managers are great, good advocate, very flexible/ chill. Casual dress in office everyday. Junior/ midlevel ppl seem to encourage each other to think about their next career steps. Many managers willing to mentor younger staff. If you ar ea junior/ mid level person coming to work here, you should see and use it as an opportunity or stepping stone, don't expect to advance in the long term though.

Cons

Senior Management is totally shut off in their own world - no communication regarding vision and some significant initiatives with rest of company. It sometimes feels like they work at a separate company that happens to be co-locating with the company all the junior and mid-level people work for. Additionally, there have been a couple of initiatives that are announced and then nothing comes of them, or are very slow or bungled. The senior level as a whole takes too much on instead of doing a few things right, and it's hard to take seriously. Hiring has been very slow, and when there's a vacancy everyone else is left to suffer.

Pros

Great ideas and work for helping companies recruit diverse talent

Cons

The company is financially unstable (critically). Unclear about its future. Lack of respect for employees. Managers are bullies and passive- aggressive. Some managers don't bother to talk to their employees. Sadly, it is a very unhealthy place to work.
