* Working in a very interesting space with lots of opportunity to grow while working with some of the latest technologies * Small tightly knit technical team * Incredibly talented development team * Outside of london so commute is easier * Potential to be the industry leader with the right direction and technical decisions

* No motivation or direction from management or board level * Little to no support for its employees, treated very much as a replaceable resource with little regard for wellbeing. * Management will often swing the entire direction on a whim or buzzword without consulting the technical side * Management lacks fundamental technical knowledge to drive the product they are trying to build. * Stress is a big issue in this company, management will consistantly push you to the edge in order to get more work done with little regard for the wellbeing of their employees which has happened multiple times. * Lack of investment into staffing has left big holes of knowledge as people have departed the company and never been replaced * Management are unable to make a decision and stick to it for more than a few months
