Pros
It was a fine job with good communication until a sudden buy-out occurred with 10 hours warning.
Cons
Buy out in May changed everything. Very poor communication overall, it’s clear mid-management is left in the dark on a lot of things. Health insurance got worse, there’s zero chance for progression/raises. Just bad.
