Pros
Interesting biotech company that does lab work but doesn't have its own labs. Lots of communication with management, who actually care and respond. Benefits. Depending on what you want to do, you can work in a variety of different places and get experience, but some people worked at just one location because they didn't want to move
Cons
Small company, it may not be the right place for career growth depending on what you want to do. Promotion opportunities are pretty specific, and if you don't have the right experience you get passed over. I've heard of people being with the company for a while but they're mostly supervisors/managers
