      Pros

      Small Company located in the Heartland and all remote work.

      Cons

      It's all remote work by force. Corporate hasn't allowed our organization hire more employees to fill out support roster.

      Good benefits and payment plan

      Cons

      No real lead generation source or training process. Very good job for an experienced salesman but if you don't have experience it will be tough.

      Pros

      Its a small company, so you get opportunities to really know your coworkers and what they do for the company.

      Cons

      Very corporate culture for a tech company. Departments within the company tend to be very segregated with poor communication. Employees tend to be negative towards the company and management. Very little room for career progression.
