Felt the need to speak up on here... - Management Managed Solution Employee Review

Great place to work. Management from Top to bottom cares about their employees in ways that no one else has where I have worked. I saw many reviews on here that were negative. Then I realized most if not all are from previous employees. Take these with a grain of salt. No workplace or employer is perfect. I have found the COO who many ridiculed on here to be thoughtful and genuine. Past work experience doesn't matter as what that person has done and means to teh company outweighs a resume. Yes, there can be growing pains but I wish I had worked at a place like this sooner. I have grown professionally by leaps and bounds. The culture here is one where its ok to make the occasional mistake but more importantly learn from it and grow and you know that you have a awesome team behind you.
