Pros

Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

Avoid MMIT at all costs. If you get hired for the Client Success team, be VERY wary. The CS team has high turnover. Nearly a dozen employees have left/been fired the past few years. They will say things like, "we're a family here", "this is a safe space", and "you can be vulnerable with us". Although they claim all of those things, know that they will not hesitate to discard you the second they determine that you're unwilling to sacrifice your personal life, dreams, and passion for their corporate goals. Leadership will continue to set unreasonable goals and put individuals on PIP for not meeting them. Regardless of how overwhelming the workload may be, they will not do anything to help lessen the load. In order to become a CSD, you're expected to sacrifice your personal life for work (expect to always be logged on and connected). Not only does the team lack diversity in thought, but they lack diversity in people as well. They prefer to hire individuals that are submissive won't dare to speak up, and is willing to do whatever they say. CS team leadership is not good. They're disconnected and will provide contradicting guidance and information. There's a lot of ego in the leadership team as well; be afraid to openly question them and their practice.

Pros

Work from home was good.

Cons

They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
