Pros

Work life balance. OK company to stay if no better offer. Learning new things.

Cons

No potential growth. Too many super senior with old fashion thinking. No proper co-ordination inter department. Benefits and perks minimum. Calculation of bonus, annual lunch, increment quite out of the ordinary. Even if you want to make changes, usually stuck at upper management. You comments in appraisal weigh nothing. Extremely family oriented business. Employees motivation, happiness are the least important things. You could be stuck in the same position for 10 years as Reporting Officer has the ultimatum to decide.

Pros

Having good friends at the workplace

Cons

Unfulfilled promises and unfair treatment: The boss made promises regarding salary increments after probation but did not fulfill them fairly. Similarly, despite taking on additional project tasks that were not completed by the assigned team, I received less recognition and rewards than others, even though I contributed more. Inconsistent policies: Official working hours were stated as flexible within a specific range, but warnings were given for adhering to that range. Uncompensated overtime (OT): Overtime work was not paid nor compensated with replacement leave because it was done at home, even though other employees working OT at home were compensated with either pay or leave.
