      Toxic senior managers who won't upskill, neither let you grow Senior management is old school and are totally insecure. No new ideas are welcome they wont like you if you are confident and bold

      Cons

      The most toxic environment as it can be. The seniors wont change and juniors leave within a year. The company is still stuck with 2015 technologies. The is no organisation and proper feedback mechanism.
