Where do we start??? 1. NO MONEY$$$ - Do not work here if you're expecting to get paid on time or make a commission. You will have to remind them it's 3 days past payday at least once a month. 2. PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE LEADERS - Your boss is the CEO and he will require you have daily pipeline reviews. He will constantly criticize you with backhanded passive-aggressive remarks and non-stop micromanaging. Endless meeting that a waste of everyone's time. CTO is defensive about EVERYTHING. You're personally insulting him every time you put in a ticket for a problem and you'll get the silent treatment or an explosion. The COO is basically checked out. 3. NOTHING WORKS - Everything looks good but once you start selling, you realize that you're lacking 75% of the key features of your competitors and that the few you have do not work consistently. 4. CUSTOMERS HATE YOU - Since nothing works, your clients will feel like you've lied to them. You're also the AM so good luck. Customers yell at you about getting an update and then CTO yells at you when asking for an update for the client. In the end, the leadership will tell you that this is not a good client for the company and it's your job to tell them to go somewhere else. It sucks. 5. YOU WILL BE MISERABLE - The anxiety of unrealistic expectations and the lack of reality from the leadership is insane. You constantly wonder how this is a real company. Oh wait, there are only 3 paid employees.
