Pros

Work from home 1st and last weeks of the month are very slow. Middle weeks are rough.

Cons

Management - not clear in direction and they seem to cover themselves more than help issues. Pointing fingers is a must here. Culture is non existent. You will be a cog and nothing more. No personal interactions. Just work talk only and usually only talked to when a mistake is made. Creates stress when you receive any type of phone call from management. Managing workloads. Pay is less than average. No accountability, no annual review or anything of that type.

Pros

- All employees work remote - Very competitive salaries - The people that work here are all; hard working, very understanding to someone's personal situations, are always agar to help you when asked, always willing to teach you or let you know what to learn up on, very adamant on getting training time in, very friendly, very little confrontational. - Very generous benefits package - plenty of time off available to even new people - Small development team and most of them are very knowledgeable about a number of topics.

Cons

- All employees work remote. Most time this is a "Pro", but at times it may take a bit longer to connect the person needed for your specific need. If we were in the office, it would be so much more convenient to - Smaller development team, but because of the smaller team the possibility that there is a resource for every situation can be sometimes challenging.

Pros

Incredible employees and people to work with. Most everyone I worked with side-by-side was intelligent, kind, collaborative, and wanted to produce the best results.

Cons

When I was laid off, the reason given was a "directional shift" that had been decided on four months prior and was a direction that I was one of the few (if not the only one) on the team to have extensive experience in. Coincidence that they knew I was pregnant? They offer pretty good compensation and benefits, and the culture seems promising, but the actions speak louder than the words.
