Ok pay - Manufacturing Technician Man & Machine Employee Review

Man & Machine is home of great medical grade products used to help prevent healthcare associated infections. The people there are all very dedicated from the owner, to the folks who do the manufacturing and assembly, the engineering, and teh sales & marketing teams.

This is a con for myself. I learned that I was not a great fit for this role. I appreciated the opportunities I was given by Man & Machine and I know I learned a lot.

It was an OK job for a short while. The job started off as initially being OK, but it very quickly went downhill as I saw how their schematics were designed and drawn.

One of the worst sets of electronic schematics I have ever seen!!! Clearly, the engineers did not know what they were doing or knew how to properly use the schematics software. Because of this, designing the PCB was a complete nightmare!!!
