Pros
The pay and work are and have always been alright. Nothing great or too rewarding. It's an easy-ish job making calls or doing administrative/customer service work at home or at a location. Also, for the most part the co-workers are cool and funny.
Cons
Stay away if you can't handle gross and incompetent management. This company (formerly Credit Adjustments) has almost a dozen lawsuits against it and for good reasons. One manager in Manchester will treat you badly and find excuses to try and fire you if she even feels threatened by you in the least. Another one in Manchester will also sexually harass any and all women. Even offering up supervisor positions if he can grope or otherwise touch you. Pretty much all the managers have issues whether it be morale ones or lacking social/leadership skills.
