Pros
- Flexible working (not as flexible as you might think) - Work from anywhere - Salary & Benefit is not that bad to begin with, but don't expect any raises.
Cons
- Bad engineering practices and culture - Too many tech-debts - Micro-managing culture, they even got time tracker that you need to submit everyday. - Apparently your slack online status matters, you will be warned if you are not online in Slack eventhough your sprint goals are 100% achieved. - Not a great place to grow your engineering skills - Salary is not bad, but definitely not great for the amount of work. - The most unnprofessional layoff i've seen in my career, and even worse than the stories i heard from people. Not even an email, call, or notice from your managers, suddenly all your access are blocked and you can't login. Never seen anything remotely close. The only good thing is they paid the severance package.
