      4 day work week in summer; ability to work from home

      Zero adherence to original values Product and engineering is a mess Fired most of the sales team yet are surprised there are less leads and constantly blame marketing for other teams failings Wiped out most of the leadership and are left without direction or support No set strategy

      partnership with Coursera learning platform

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
