      Company has great culture and the perks are very good! You get a 4dww 3 months every year which is kind of encouraging the employees.

      Cons

      Nothing to be quoted as Cons! Wish I could have worked longer but was laid off due to restructuring.

      partnership with Coursera learning platform

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
