      Great culture, open to new thoughts and constantly testing new ideas Good work life balance - 4DWW, parental leave, WFH option Product is amazing and constantly evolving to suit market/customer needs

      Can be fast-paced at time as processes are constantly evolving - standard growth pains

      partnership with Coursera learning platform

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
