I've joined the team about 6 months ago and have had an incredible journey so far! It's really exciting to be working for a company with such an awesome product which has so much potential that's yet to be fully discovered. Working with financial institutions & FinTechs globally is both challenging and rewarding. There is lots of opportunities to do really exciting work in an environment which encourages autonomy & ownership. The team is awesome, people do care a lot about one another. Work atmosphere is super relaxed, but even if things get tough, we always support each other. One of the reasons I joined the team is the vision behind Mambu and the founder's approach to building and growing the company. There is a lot of transparency and everyone can express their opinions and ideas freely. For anyone who is thinking about joining the team I would say: get ready for being challenged every day, learn fast & adapt but also be ready for having a lot of fun!
Cons
Not a con as such, more a reality of a high growth company. We need to put certain processes in place to be able to support our fast growth and get new guys up to speed as fast as possible. Things move really fast here so you have to make sure you focus on the right things and manage your time well.
