      Flexible work arrangements (remote /office/hybrid).

      Cons

      Horrible, toxic work environment. So hard to get anything done. Incompetent leadership team. High turnover of employees. Unethical work practices. Weak on benefits. In an effort to be profitable, super stingey. Lack of career progression.

      partnership with Coursera learning platform

      Cons

      product is an unstable monolith, flaky pipelines but organization is highly divided and compartmented/siloed , we can say is a counter sense of Conway Lay. Something as a messy and violent underdeveloped third world country impersonating a Scandinavian highly organized culture and environment.
