Pros
Onboarding and sales enablement has been awesome! Mambuvians have been very friendly and approachable when it comes to helping out to solve problems. If you have dependents, Mambu provides April Insurance which is as good as Cigna which are being use in the big tech companies. Most Mambuvians are also parents themselves, hence they understand the challenge of managing both work and family committments.
Cons
The company is being managed like a public company where your performance are measured on a quarterly basis. It can get really stressful if there is not sufficient pipeline for the entire year.
