I had always wanted to get my first job in a startup because they supposedly get you ready for the industry and Mamango was just the right place for me. I was impressed by how fast the company was growing, bringing in new projects, every day. The highlights are: The learning experience: When I joined Mamango, I knew nothing about digital marketing, it provided me with the training and mentorship I needed to become an excellent digital marketer. No limitations: The best thing about Mamango is that you don't have to stick to one task or position for months because of its fast growth. Empathy: Last month I worked from home. For the entire month because of some issues, I was dealing with at home. My colleagues and the administration understood my situation.

Cons: Because of the company’s fast growth, It's hard to find someone who can teach you the stuff because sometimes they themselves are in the learning process.

Amazing work, alot of learning.
