- company is currently going through restructuring
- company is kinda slow in making improvements that they state they will implement
- strong favoritism which ignores the smaller people
- lack of clear leadership
- lack of guidance from managers
Even before SIP, the company itself has been transparent in results, but not clear and lack of direction when it came to what changes will be made. It’s currently going through a restructuring, which resulted in to laying off 40+ people.
In regards with team... stay away and RUN. It’s still fairly new, but its culture is very closed minded and managers do not know how to be managers. Often times, small stand ups could be very awkward and opinionated. Although the whole company seems to be open-minded, finance team is the opposite and often making it uncomfortable to even say simple things. Favoritism is severely played amongst the team members that creates a rift and a bunch of unnecessary gossip. If you’re not the favorite, you will setup to fail.
If you’re looking for professional or personal growth in the finance team—this isn’t it. 2 stars for the finance team but 3-4 stars for the company overall.
