Pros
Malt has a strong culture and strong values that are really felt within the company. It's nice to be in a structure that respects work/life balance and does not apply unhealthy pressure or unachievable goals. Respect for the well-being of collaborators feels truly important. I've always been impressed with the ownership and autonomy given to collaborators. It's nice to feel responsible for your own perimeter and to not feel micromanaged. Evolution perspectives, promotions, and salary raises are structured and transparent and even encouraged. Strong product and market share, nice to be a part of the future of work. Malt has always blended humility with ambition and created an environment of excellence and raising the bar thanks to experienced and competent managers. The team likes to party, have fun, and spend time together but not in excess. Another huge plus is the international environment, I enjoy working with coworkers that come from around the world and speak so many different languages.
Cons
The international dimension is a great plus at Malt, but recently we've shifted to a more country-focused strategy meaning that we have less interaction with the teams based in Spain, Germany, UK, and Benelux, which we miss.
