Great benefit package including no deductible health/dental Decent compensation of par with industry standards in affordable housing

Cons

Unrealistic workload for hours given, especially for micro-management tasks Regional managers tend to undermine property managers Willing to sacrifice quality of employee for the bottom line No 401k match

The pay is good and the company events are fun.

Cons

The company doesn’t encourage a work/life balance at all. There are no bonuses and for my particular site, no promotions or even a willingness to help employees advance to the next level through training and certifications. The office is also in a small, damp, windowless basement at my site.
