I treasure my time at Mallard Group. The leadership cares about their people and leads with compassion and empathy. I have watched them help real people in need and allow them to help themselves. I was always paid on time and allowed to have my voice heard. They were clear on their expectations and goals - it always felt as though we were rowing in the boat together. Highly recommend working here if you like being valued, working hard, and having fun. Great work/life balance.

know really knows what they are doing on some projects 6 team leads on 1 job plus the fact that 5 of them are lazy equals chaos on the job site if you have other work from other companies take it this is last resort work In my opinion being a merchandiser
