Pros
-vp of creative + retail design is the real deal, the stores are gorgeous -great time with other associates when not overly policed -training + education manager is great and genuinely wanted to hear our unfiltered opinions on the brand
Cons
-poor sales are result of marketing being outdated and uninspired -for a brand founded by members of the lgbtq+ community, they fall flat in supporting progression with work culture and brand expression -they care about the east coast far more, while west coast is expected to perform without the tools to do so -they do not care to understand Los Angeles at all, then wonder aimlessly on how their sales’ performance *may* lack consistency -the store is surveillanced heavily as if they have nothing better to do -senior director will say “you are great!” then hand you a write-up the next day. incredibly inauthentic!
