Malibu Wellness Ranch is a family-owned organization, not a big corporate machine — and that’s one of the best things about working there. They truly treat you like family. If you show up, put in the effort, and care about what you do, they absolutely recognize and compensate you for it. The management team is very understanding when it comes to real life — whether it’s a family emergency, kids being sick, or just needing a little flexibility. They get it. They balance compassion with accountability, which is rare these days. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth for people who are dedicated and consistent. The expectations are clear, and leadership really does “inspect what they expect.” That means if you’re doing your job and doing it well, you’ll be respected and rewarded.

I’ve seen people leave — and then realize what they had. More than once, I’ve seen employees who resigned or were let go try to come back within weeks because they realized how special the culture and teamwork are at Malibu. You don’t know what you have until you walk away from it, and Malibu is one of those places. A lot of the negative reviews you might see are from people who didn’t want to put in the effort or didn’t like being held accountable. The truth is, Malibu is thriving because they set high standards and support their employees in meeting them. If I ever move back to Pennsylvania, Malibu Wellness Ranch will be my first phone call.
