Job - Analyst Malama Employee Review

Malama is a great company to work for. They have a true open door policy. As they continue to grow, they are able to keep that small company feel and invest in their employees.

Having employees remote and local can sometimes be hard to get everyone together for the fun Malama events. Leadership works hard at making everyone feel welcomed.

The list is long, but my top item is the level of integrity of our company president. I know I can trust her words and actions. I also appreciate how much she works with us to ensure we take great care of our customers while still taking care of ourselves. She models the same hard work and great attitude she asks from us. My goal is to stay with Malama LLC for as long as I can.

I do not really have anything negative to share. This is a small company, but we will grow slowly as opportunities arise.
