Pros - Great clients, cool travel locations for events, time in lieu, occasional social events, good office location, great benefits (RRSP matching, MSP coverage, etc.)

Cons - stagnate management, high turnover, poor staff on-boarding, reductions in staff, , very heavy at the top and understaffed in admin/coordinator roles, isolated CEO, emotional/teary employees, and they also have many contradicting ways of doing things (two teams will be doing the same thing but do it completely different).

Malachite is a great place to work at, with great people. The work you do is meaningful and the wider company makes you proud to be a part of their journey. I miss working at Malachite and miss the people, overall I would highly recommend.

There is limited room for growth within the company but my experience was invaluable and has helped me on my overall career path.
