Pros
Wonderful coworkers at every location, not once did going to work feel burdensome. Makovicka does an outstanding job at hiring individuals from different backgrounds but are driven to provide top quality patient care. Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. Not open on weekends currently. Management is genuinely interested and cares about it's workers as individuals.
Cons
One con could be the facility hours 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., but management does a great job at nor over scheduling staff. Generally work 4, 10 hour days or some variation of that so, you do get one day (total) off during the week. This could be a pro depending on what your needs/wants are.
