      A great group of people, bright, motivated people. Responsible culture and HR are great - really enjoyed my time there

      Used to be London centric, but now seem to have some good overseas opportunities

      Pros

      Mako works with a very flat leadership structure, very easy to communicate with Head of Global Trading, CEO and CFO are very easy accessible, company has a great bonus structure and gives competitive draws as salaries. very much a no nonsense, do your job and lets have a beer after environment which seems to get the best out of its people.

      Cons

      The company's trading systems are slightly outdated and are up for a complete make-over to stay competitive in the ever changing market of derivatives
