Management and owner They like to act like they are one big family but they could care less. The work load is constantly too much but they always want you to do more and faster. Management doesn't care about the quality of the products. When raises came, the HR had the audacity to tell us not to tell anyone which is ILLEGAL. Run, don't walk from this job. Also, crappy benefits and monthly pay which sucked
