It feels like there arent any. But there are monthly birthday parties with cake.

Management and leadership are the biggest con of this place. This company is run by people who don't care about their employees wellbeing and health. Job itself takes a lot out on your body and when you bring it to management they will find a way to blame you. Management have very childish mindsets, repack supervisor will pick fights when shes in a bad mood and if you question any decision she makes she will talk about you behind your back. This company has the worst HR department ive ever experienced. Treats you like children, makes some very questionable (probably illegal) choices. Tells you its against company policy to talk to your coworkers about pay and promotions. Kept a man hired who would make every woman in the building uncomfortable, & made disgusting comments about his female coworkers bodies. When anyone spoke out about it they would get reprimanded and discouraged to talk about it anymore. Department heads dont like eachother and won't communicate with eachother. Workload is too much and unrealistic, we were under way too much stress to meet deadlines and blamed when we didnt. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. Benefits are a joke and dont cover much. Not enough PTO. No 401k. Pay is laughable and doesnt even come CLOSE to competitive for the area.
