      Career progression - lots of opportunity for progression and promotions. Supportive culture - whole team are really supportive and motivate you to want to succeed. Great benefits - private medical insurance, money to spend on wellbeing initiatives, variety of team socials, opportunity to get involved in sports clubs, team lunches

      lovely team nice office well treated for good performance well structured

      Cons

      heavy on targets and very pushy lack of involved senior leadership basically no working flexibility base salary was too low and commission structure not good enough
