While the role does require patience and the ability to adapt explanations to different learning styles, the collaborative environment and supportive team make it enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great opportunity to share technical knowledge, and inspire students in STEM in a hands-on, practical way. You get to interact with the founding team directly and participate in a lot of new age initiatives that they are building.

Getting in all hours in can feel slightly tough in certain weeks. It’s important to convey your availability in a timely manner so that the schedules can be managed for everyone.
