      Pros

      Nice people and environment, very easy to adjust, always busy.

      Cons

      Terrible scheduling, doesn’t work well with my personal schedule, lots of really late nights on weekends and some weekdays, with that being said it’s not the easiest job, deal with a lot of angry people.

      small company, start up of all the process, all the people is new, a lot of opportunity areas.

      no process, low benefits, limit sources, bad installations, high rotation
