Everything depends on if you would have good relationshipt with CTO.

Management is always reasonable and go out of their way to listen and address employee concerns. The work style is very free and gives employees a lot of flexibility to manage their time, even for personal reasons. The team is made up of very talented and driven people

Deadlines are very loose, although it works with their work style.
