      You learn the highest standards of service at one of the best restaurants in the world. You are constantly challenged. Management/culture is among the most ethical and principled that you will find in the hospitality field.

      Cons

      Everyone starts from the bottom, so it may feel difficult to distinguish yourself from the pack. Standards are very very high, for even the smallest of tasks.
